Description
Provide SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) functional expertise. Responsibilities will include development of functional and technical specifications, designing solutions, IMG configuration and testing. The ideal candidate will also have technical SAP skills. Troubleshoot complex problems. Write and review functional specifications. Actively work with customers to determine business needs, perform systems analysis tasks, assist with user testing, and implement changes. Assume functional lead role in support of SAP SD/MM projects and tasks. Provide customer support. REQUIRED: Expert SAP SD/MM configuration and functional experience. SAP SD/MM project implementation/support experience. Proven excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze and document business and system processes. Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity. Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion.df-tc
