Qualifications

At least five (5) years of educational experience, of which at least two (2) should be as part of a SAP Training Development and Delivery team.

At least one (1) year of experience in the development of Web based/computer-based training development for application training.

Presentation skills: present to large (more than 50) and small audiences

Communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Conflict management skills

Subject matter expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (preferred)

Proficient in the use of the following applications:

¨ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

¨ SAP Productivity Pack (SPP)

¨ RWD s uPerform

¨ SAP Tutor

¨ Captivate

Responsibilties

Develop a training strategy for the client.

Develop various training solutions for the different target groups within the client organization.

Work with change management representatives in planning and executing the necessary change management initiatives.

Facilitate workshops with the client through the initial analysis and design phase

Liaise with the client s training manager/training team.

Manage and direct a consultant-side training development and delivery team.

Plan and co-ordinate project team training.

Draw up a training development and delivery project plan.

Manage the development and delivery of the material for the different courses.

Report on development progress to project PMO/leadership.

Design and develop user/learner assessments with appropriate tools.

Review and evaluate all user/learner assessments.

Deliver relevant reports as determined in the project plan, eg reports on learner competency.

Analyse the blueprint documents.

Design and document the Curriculum/Course Catalog

Write the Design Specification Standards for the development of all material, both paper-based and electronic.

Develop the criteria for the quality reviews.

Conceptualize and oversee the design the material development templates.

Review all training material (learner guides, PowerPoint s, workbooks Quizzes, and quick reference cards) across all SAP functional areas (unless there is a dedicated QA role and resource)

Develop training material prototypes and templates (if necessary).

Present pre-blueprint training to the project team in SAP HCM.

Present Train-the-Trainer training, which includes the following:

¨ Facilitation Skills

¨ Presentation skills

¨ System knowledge and expertise

Quality Assurance of the delivery team

Present classroom-based training of the mySAP ERP HCM courses if necessary.

Travel

This position requires 80-100% travel.
