Full-time PERM
Reports To: SAP HR Supervisor
Location: Miramar, FL

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop, maintain, test and document applications, primarily using the ABAP/4 programming language, SAP R/3 4.6B system
Analyze program requirements, conceptualize program structures and logic flows; interpret and validate program specifications supplied
Create effective and sustainable programs from interfaces, custom report forms and data extracts
Effectively utilize SAP development tools including ABAP Editor, Screen Painter, BAPI's, BADI's and User Exits

Key Qualifications and Requirements:<br />REQUIRED-TECHNICAL<br />5+ years of SAP HR ABAP experience programming in the HR/Payroll modules <br /> Programs<br /> Reports<br /> User Exits<br />SapScript experience<br />Experience utilizing Netweaver, BAPI's, BADI's and IDOCS are required<br />Object Oriented experience is a plus<br />Thorough knowledge of OSS<br /><br />REQUIRED-NON TECHNICAL<br />Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related experience.<br />Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)<br />Strong analytical and interpersonal skills<br />Must be able to work in a real time, fast paced environment<br />Commitment to deadlines and deliverables.<br />Team player, energetic, self starter, motivator<br />Available 24x7 - will do whatever it takes to get the job done<br /><br />PREFERRED<br />Experience with FICO and MM modules <br />R/3 integration with BW <br />ECC 6.0 upgrade experience<br />Experience with interfaces to and from external systems utilizing XI <br />Workflow experience<br />
