SAP HR Functional Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida:

A Prime Solution is a professional staffing company in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, St. Augustine, Jacksonvile, Charleston and Charlotte metro areas.

Responsible for planning and conductingt the analysis of complex business issues. Provides leadership in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business clients' requirements. Creates specifications for business systems to meet these business requirements. When system automation is identified, facilitates the translation of business requirements to system specifications and designs. Planning and managing of large scale application implementations.

Knowing and applying business processes, data requirements, automated business solutions, integration issues, and reporting requirements for specific business areas. Serves as a first line of support for issues related to SAP PA-PD and Payroll. Resolve issues related to HR configuration, master data and interfaces. Ensures SAP HR integrates with workflow, travel management and project systems. Proves leadership to users in the areas of SAP Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefit Administration, CATS and Time Recording and Evaluation, Recruitment, Compensation Management and Employee Self Service. Identifies and implements continuous improvements to the HR system. Document BPP's design and writes functional specifications. Participates in implementation and testing of SAP HR and managing transport requests. Working partnership with business clients to understand business clients' strategies, goals and objectives; develops new business processes to meet changing business requirements; develops detailed recommendations for automation opportunities; develops process re-design specifications. Developing and maintaining business process models for areas of responsibilities. Maintaining and improving proficiency in the use of integrated methodologies and project management tools. Leading automation opportunities for the business area supported. Understanding the supported technologies, platforms and applications, and applying that knowledge to automated business solutions. Working with project teams to ensure integration of automated business functions and their related data; to translate business requirements into system specifications; to translate business requirements into data models and the design of logical databases; to assist in formulating the requirements, plans, execution and delivery of required business functions; to provide solutions that meet business unit requirements. Responsible for production and end user support.

5+ years experience in SAP HR configuration. ? Overall 10+ years of industry experience. ? Must have strong experience in setting up infotypes. ? Must work with a results orientation and a commitment to teamwork and customer service. ? Must understand application and database development concepts. ? Must demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of supported application technologies and be capable of implementing these technologies. ? Must have project leadership and management experience. ? Must understand business systems analysis and business process analysis. ? Strong attention to detail. ? Strong organizational and follow through skills. ? Ability to communicate effectively and present a professional image. ? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

This is a full time position in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. Candidates must be local and eligible to work in the US. No sponsorship, no relocation and NO 3rd party vendors.
