SAP Benefits Senior Consultant Requirements:

- At least one full implementation with expereience in design configuration, and process re-engineering
- Ability to create and lead workshops
- Gather Requirements
- Functional knowledge of benefits (medical/dental plans, deferred compensation, pension administration, fringe benefits)
- Benefits configuration experience
- Basica knowledge of other HR Modules and integration with Benefits including Employee Self Service
- Test Script Development
- Development of and/or participation in data conversion activities
- Development off technical requirements specifications


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects.
- May have an expertise in or comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry.
- Has moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives and the client.
- Requires proven project management skills.
- Supports practice development initiatives.
- Supervises and reviews work of less experienced personnel.


Education and Experience:

- Advanced degree preferred (or additional years of experience with undergraduate degree)
- Typically has four to seven years of consulting and/or work experience.df-tc
