Description
IBM/BCS is currently seeking an HR Compensation Consultant with the following: minimum of 3+ yrs experience with SAP HR Compensation module configuration & project lead experience; experience with Ver 4.6 or above; experience with implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support; ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical; strong communication and interpersonal skills. All positions are permanent, functional, and would require 80-100% travel nationwide.

This role will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
