As a Senior Consultant with Bearing Point, you will need to bring:

. 3-5 years of SAP HR implementation experience
. full cycle including BluePrint, Realization, Final Prep and Go Live.
. 1-3 years in SAP HR Organization Management & SAP Personnel Administration
. Strong communications and writing skills
. Ability to collect enduser business requirements, document SAP functionality to satisfy requirements and design solutions using SAP technical development tools to resolve gaps.
. US citizenship required.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and direction of a consulting project or team lead in a single large and complex project. Has additional responsibility for building and maintaining a client base. Manages overall relationships with clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level executives of the client. Identifies and pursues business opportunities with potential and existing clients. Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff.
