SAP HR Functional Conversion Lead:
Will be leading a team developing SAP ABAP programs around the HR and Payroll modules, focusing on data conversion activities.
Must be able to interpret functional and data requirements and confirming requirements with users, writing program specifications, ABAP development, and the writing, executing, and documenting unit test protocols.
In addition, developers may be required to assist in system, integration, performance and user acceptance testing.

Minimum of 4 years ABAP development experience on HR and Payroll modules, including performing data conversions in a full life-cycle HR/Payroll project.
Candidates must have experience with SAP v4.6C. New dimension products knowledge and 4.7 Enterprise experience is a big plus.
Assignments will include conversions, reports, user-exits, and interfaces for both project and production support initiatives.
Previous experience with the following SAP ABAP technical areas including HR/Payroll module experience: Reporting (conventional and interactive), User-exits, BDC and Call-Transaction, Interfaces including ALE, IDoc, and BAPI, Module Pool (on-line dialog), SAPScript and Smart-Forms, and Object Oriented ABAP.

Additionally, candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be comfortable in a team environment.


Preference will be given to candidates local to our Sacramento office.
