Job Title: SAP HR/HCM Expert with Lead Experience



CDI is looking for a SAP HR/HCM Expert with Lead Experience to work on a full-time, permanent opportunity with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA. This person will be responsible for SAP configuration support for our client’s SAP applications. Support includes HR/HCM functions and MSD modules depending on job assignment. As the lead functional configurator, direction is provided to the team to work through requirements gathering, produce documentation, set-up necessary activities, and implement configuration, testing and user support for SAP application software. The workload will incorporate a combination of break-fixes, enhancements to existing modules and follow on SAP implementations along with the configuration to support the implementations. A strong functional orientation is required that ideally includes a solid understanding of SAP configuration, SAP standard methodologies, and strong leadership skills. More detailed requirements are available in further conversation.



Required Skills: 4-6 years SAP HR/HCM Knowledge including Configuration Experience in OM, PA, and Benefits; 2-4 years Functional Team Lead Experience; Knowledge of ECC 6.0 + and/or ERP Implementations; Working knowledge of SAP ASAP Methodology, Solution Manager, Business Process Design Mapping and industry standard testing tools and methodologies.



Desired Skills: Experience in one of more of the following core SAP HR/HCM modules: Compensation Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Objective Setting & Appraisals, Training & Events/Learning Solutions, Recruitment, E-Recruitment, ESS/MSS, Time Management, Travel Administration, Payroll.
