Job Description

The SAP HR Managing Consultant / Team Lead is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology process deliverables in the SAP HR ECM module. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The Managing Consultant / Team Lead will also be involved in improving operational metrics & business case. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Provides hands-on leadership & mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote resources, and client employees. Has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

MUST HAVE Requirements

1) Min. 6 years experience managing large-scale SAP HR implementations (v4.6+) and upgrades.

2) At least 2 full life-cycle implementations as Project Manager for a large team responsible for application development, interfaces, reports, and/or data conversion analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.

3) Experience qualifying and pursuing SAP HR sales opportunities.

4) Strong verbal and written communications skills.
