Description:
Functional team member for Organizational Management. Assist with planning, building, testing and deployment of SAP Organization Management and the integrated aspects of Organization Mgmt with other functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementation. In addition, perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships

Requirements:
.At least one full implementation with experience in design, configuration, and process re-engineering
.Ability to create and lead workshops
.Gather requirements
.Functional knowledge of Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Cost Planning, Security and Finance/Funds Management
.Knowledge of Position Budget Control
.Test script development
.Development of and/or participation in data conversion activities
