Description
SAP HR - Payroll Lead needed for client located in Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be able to work independently, provide leadership to payroll business analysts, provide unique solutions to customer issues, and be able identify and implement best business practices for HR payroll. Also must have the ability to bridge the gap between Technical and Functional teams in IT / SAP HR payroll projects. As a team lead, this person will be responsible for the daily deliverables of the project, coordinating efforts among team members, and facilitating requirements and solutions meetings with the client.

Candidate should have at least 5 years minimum experience implementing SAP payroll in any version, in the capacity of business analyst or team lead, and been involved in at least 2 full life cycle implementations. They should have expert knowledge in configuring payments, garnishments, deductions, wage types, schema and subschema configuration, PCR development, taxes, BSI, and processing classes. This person should have configuration experience in a complex union payroll environment. Experience in Canadian payroll is helpful but not necessary.
