SAP HR Programmer

SKILLS:

Experience in full cycle SAP implementations, and support is required.

Must have experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation including documentation throughout each process.

At least five years of experience with ABAP programming, performance tuning techniques and SAP application development tools, such as menu painter, screen painter, SAPScript, SAP Forms, etc.

At least three years of experience with SAP interface techniques, such as BAPI, IDOC, EDI, ALE, etc.

Experience with Net Weaver and other SAP evolving technologies are preferred.

Very good knowledge of SAP on a Windows platform and Windows Scripting required.

Knowledge of VB and Java programming skills are preferred.

Good knowledge of ETL tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, SAP Business Warehouse, etc. is preferred.

Very good functional knowledge of four or more SAP modules especially HR Payroll OM modules is required.

Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and cross functional environment
