Description

SAP HR Project Manager

This is a project management position with extensive SAP HR project management expertise to help guide and advise the PMO.

This person will be responsible for project management from the perspective of integration back to the Technology team to update and manage a task plan against delivery. This person is responsible for plan management and deliverable tracking.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

The person filling this position must meet the following additional criteria:

¨        Minimum of 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations focused directly on the implementation management of SAP HR as the Project Manager with hands on task generation and management experience

¨        5 - 7 years HR systems implementation experience (2 - 3 in SAP required)

¨        5 - 7 years project management experience

¨        3 - 5 years direct staff management and supervision

¨        Client Project Plan Maintenance

¨        Internal Project Plan Maintenance

¨        Management and escalation of Risks and Issues

¨        Coordination for IT between the Functional Towers

¨        Status reporting

¨        Team meeting facilitation
