Detailed Description of Job Responsibilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
This job is a =C3=A2??spot consulting job=C3=A2?=C2=9D during the first phase of this project. We are looking for an SAP HR strategy consultant with experience in global rollouts, SAP HR GEM module and global shared service models. This consultant will work with project team leads in understanding best practices for approaching global rollouts from both a business and technical perspective, insights from real life experience with SAP's GEM module as well as best practices in global support models for HR Service Centers.

Mandatory Experience:
Experience in setting strategy for global SAP HR Rollouts including Shared Service Centers
Experience in SAP HR global rollouts across multiple countries on the same project
Experience in implementing SAP's HR GEM Module and familiarity with the pros/cons
Experience in implementing a Shared Service Center across multiple coutries on the same project
