Description
Assists and participates in project planning, testing, change control, and making estimates for enhancements; Defines and evaluates HR business processes based on business requirements and best practices, as well as mapping against SAP software functionality; Recommends and documents solution requirements gaps and SAP standard functionality; and Provides HR project deliverables and content, and ensures consistency with customer needs and expectations. Mandatory Qualifications - 3-5 years of SAP HR consulting with configuration experience - Experienced with at least two full life-cycle HR implementations - Understanding of IMG Enterprise Structure, Personnel Management, Training & Events Management and their implementation methodologies - Deep understanding of HR module and its integration points with other modules and systems - SAP HR experience/skill set to include: PA, OM, and TEM - Strong research and analytical skills - Data organization and documentation skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written - Proven delivery experience in a lead role and strong experience in developing requirements - Ability to troubleshoot SAP HR problems and provide acceptable solutions for resolution. Desired Qualifications - Configuration skills in SAP ESS Workplace, Managers Desktop, and Workflow - Previous experience as an HR Generalist - Knowledge of Federal HR process and procedures ****Please forward resume in Word, all information is kept confidential.
