Description
Experience with SAP HR modules in a BW role is mandatory
Primary focus will be to design develop and test the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) components required to support the Global and Regional reporting requirements including BW infocubes, virtual infocube, info objects, BW extractors, objects etc., as necessary
Responsible for creating Technical Design Documents based on the Functional Design Documents recreating by the Functional Analyst
Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by writing corresponding Detail Design Specifications
Responsible for developing high quality solutions based on completed Technical Design Documents
Perform code reviews of other team members completed solutions
Responsible for unit testing
Responsibilities will include sourcing data from R/3 and external files/tables, web application development, as well as support in the areas of security transports, etc
May work with local country business analysts and lead development teams in the creation of a standardized reporting and metrics program to create a shared vision of performance reporting across regions
Hands-on ABAP development of SAP HR BW data extracting, loading, and JAVA web reporting
Design, development, and delivery of SAP Business Warehouse data ETL (Extract Transform Load) process
Train / develop team members on SAP BW development and architecture
