Answer Trouble Calls - Input gathered Information into Remedy & Route to the appropriate Owner. Team members will be trained and use scripts.

Skills Needed:
  • Level 1 SAP Experience
  • Exceptional Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Call Center/Help Desk Experience
  • Pleasant Phone Voice
  • Ability to stay calm during tense situations
  • Detailed Orientated
  • MUST be able to work Shift Hours - 6 AM - 9 PM (CST) Monday - Friday (2 8 hour Shifts)
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Team Player
  • Remedy Experience Optional
