A growing company located in New Jersey seeks an experienced Help Desk Technician to provide end-user support for their SAP and other applications. Specifically, the Help Desk Technician will: Address end-user technical requests at the Help Desk level; create "trouble tickets" and track issues through resolution; assist with SAP and network connection issues, create and re-set passwords; provide connectivity support to the outside sales team; and support SAP trainings by preparing training materials and scheduling training sessions.If you are interested in applying for this position, please email a copy of your resume in MS Word format to john.fox@rht.comdf-tc

Experience/Skills
