Ajilon Consulting has an opening for a Project Manager with SAP implementation management experience in Denver (Lakewood) for a contract to perm position. Must be an experienced Project Manager who is PMI certified, experienced in ASAP - deep understanding and experience, leadership, several full cycle SAP deployments. This is a brand new implementation of ECC 6.0 manufacturing, financials, order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain. This person will be responsible for delivering the following:

Completed project charter, Project plans, Communication plan, Change management plan, Risk management plan, HR plan, scope management plan, and all the rest of the PMI framework. They will also be responsible for spinning up our infrastructure side as well. Skills required: PMP, SAP, ASAP, any of the following modules: FI/CO, MM, PP, BI/BW, SCM, SD would be great. If they have manufacturing experience in a regulated environment, that would be even better.

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

REQUIREMENTS:
University degree or college diploma in the field of business, computer science, or engineering. Certifications in project management are highly desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years experience in information technology. MUST have 5+ years of SAP experience. 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution. Experience managing end-to-end ERP conversions, preferably with SAP. Demonstrated ability to conduct research and recommend changes in an existing, changing, or emerging environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze business/technical problems and select, design, or implement information technology solutions in accordance with business needs. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple business disciplines. Demonstrated ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility. Pursue solutions and make decisions. Demonstrated ability to initiate, promote, and exhibit team-oriented behavior. Demonstrated initiative to continue life long learning. Dedicated to quality client service and proactive and responsive to client needs. Takes initiative to understand customers and their environment. Requires an in-depth knowledge of a specific technology discipline. Requires flexibility to adapt to and willingness to learn new technologies. Requires strong orientation to customer satisfaction. Requires ability and willingness to work on multiple projects at one time and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Requires ability to work with team members to deliver on time and on budget committed results to customers. Demonstrated fiscal awareness. Requires ability to lead projects, educate and train others. Requires strategic planning, departmental management, group motivation and discipline, imagination and diplomacy. Adept at the use of project management tools including Microsoft Project.
