Essential Responsibilities:

The positions will support the SAP enterprise implementation programs. All three positions cover SAP Supply Chain Management functional areas, specifically in the areas pertaining to the job function applied for (Inventory, Purchasing, and Pricing & Billing). The positions are responsible for SAP design, system configuration, testing, development of training material, training, conversion, go live and ongoing user support. Possible travel (50%) may be needed depending on project location and phase.

* Project Team and Enterprise Interaction - Work with other project team members and appropriate business departments to identify appropriate business solutions and resolve specific issues for SAP implementations.

* Documentation and Communication - Utilize standard SAP Program documentation, reports and communication as appropriate for project role. Create specific documentation or reports as needed. Communicate with other IT, Competency Center and business groups as required.

* Testing and Configuration - Responsible for testing and configuration of SAP for a specific project and business or IT function including process functionality for existing business analysts, or data conversion/interfaces if an IT Programmer/Analyst.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required.

* Minimum 3 years SAP or ERP systems experience and detailed knowledge of business processes for the Supply Chain Management areas (specifically in the areas being addressed (Inventory, Purchasing, and Pricing & Billing).

* Prior SAP or ERP project implementation experience desired and valuable (within the last 5 years). Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are must haves.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

* Ability to work within various levels of the organization is a must.

* Competence in general PC business applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Access necessary.

* Technical ability to configure SAP or ERP applications desired. Knowledge of reporting tools (Cognos, Crystal, Report Writer, etc) helpful.

* Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.
