SAP HR Systems =E2=80=93 Personnel Administration / Payroll

This is a leadership role with responsibility for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, with particular emphasis in the SAP HR Payroll module. This includes assisting clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. You will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. You will need to provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships. Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. We will get you started toward qualifying for senior management roles by involving you in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Here is a summary of what you must have to be considered. Please review carefully and submit your confidential resume if you meet the following criteria

=C2=B7 Min. 5 yrs. SAP HR PA configuration, implementation, and project lead experience on large and complex projects within the past 7 yrs.

=C2=B7 Secondary module experience in Recruiting, Performance / Career / Succession Management, or Compensation.

=C2=B7 Prior employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; Project Management experience on full life-cycle SAP HR version 4.6+ work streams or engagements.

If work-life balance along with flexibility on where you can live is important, you can reside in any major US city as long as you live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of a major airport. Weekday travel is 80%, typically three nights away from home, with occasional weeks extending to four nights.
