Applies knowledge of SAP Basis technology and products including various mySAP ERP components, SQL Server database, and Windows Server operating system skills to support SAP Operations activities. Has had working
experience in an SAP Operations role where this person was used to develop SOP's around SAP operations activities. This person must have experience in writing SOP's as well as training others how to provide
support around SAP operations.

* Ability to write SOP's for SAP Operations and Basis Activities
* SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks.
* Ability to transfer knowledge to the clients internal support
organization.

Education:
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred Degree (optional) Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration Basis certification or Equivalent Work Experience
Experience:
Five years industry experience
Three years SAP Basis support experience Written and or developed
Standard Operating Procedures around SAP Operations and SAP Basis activities Supporting role in multiple SAP implementation and support projects achieving production status Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Strong understanding of SAP, HA for SAP, and associated technologies.
* Experience in high availability in an environment with aggressive deliverable dates
* Experience interfacing effectively with technical teams and line-level management
* Manages change and seeks to identify and adopt better ways of doing things
* Excellent organization and project-management abilities
* Competent oral and written communication skills
