We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, Business Analyst to join our SAP team. Candidates must have at least 4 years of external consulting OR corporate experience in the SAP space, with in-depth experience implementing and configuring one or more of the following modules: PP, MM, APO, SD, BW, and/or other applications. Proven skills as an integral team member/team lead on at least 2+ full lifecycle implementations. Integration of PP and MM with other SAP modules [SD, WM, QM, FI/CO]. Strength in PP is a MUST. Experience with QM and WM will be a strong plus. Knowledge of the new dimension products is a plus. Strong analytical and problem management skills. The candidate must be effective in meeting with users and management to define complex business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate SAP configuration or development required, or to document why the requirement cannot be satisfied by an SAP-based solution. Document the requirements with process maps, input and output requirements and business benefits and provide system specifications to developers who will implement the development. Able to collaborate with business users, identify improvement opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. Must have configuration experience. A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree.
