They are looking for SAP payroll technical consultant to assist in global SAP payroll implementation in Jacksonville, FL.



Experience/Skills
We are looking for candidates with: 1) 5 - 7 years payroll experience with payroll implementations on SAP Extensive configuration experience for net payroll to include: Design and configuration of wage types including taxability

2) Configuration and design of garnishments and garnishment processing to include garnishment management

*Design, build and implementation of custom rules and functions for payroll processing

* Design and build of interfaces with TPA for benefits

* Design and build of interfaces with TPA for 401K

*Design and build of interfaces with TPA for stock purchase

*Implementation of BSI Tax Engine

*Design, and implementation of year end processes including but not limited to W2 and W2c

*Experience in providing payroll to expatriate populations

Extensive configuration experience for gross payroll to include:

*Design and configuration of wage types

*Configuration and design of garnishments and garnishment processing

*Design, build and implementation of custom rules and functions for payroll processing

*Experienced in creating custom integration with external time recording systems

*Design and build of interfaces with TPA for benefits

*Design and build of interfaces with TPA for 401K

*Design and build of interfaces with TPA for stock purchase

Minimum of 4 - 6 years experience designing payroll testing scripts

2 - 3 years experience with Test Director

Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience with taxation and tax modeling

Minimum of 2 implementations of Union shops

Minimum of 2 implementations in the development and implementation of interfaces to third party tax remittance organizations

Experience working on global implementations Experience using ASAP Methodology Extensive experience with use case scenario documentation Extensive experience with mentoring and training junior staff members Excellent written and verbal communication skills
