Job Type: Full Time - PERM

Position Description
To provide leadership and direction for the ERP (SAP ) Solutions Practice by managing consulting staff, services, and solutions that will ensure achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
Essential Job Results
Develop and successfully implement best practice solution methodology
Achieve overall services and individual consultant quotas
Manage delivery of solutions and act as point of escalation to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the Practice Business Leadership Team to determine software and solution offerings to maximize revenue within a business channel
Mentor/Coach solutions staff to create a world class services team that builds the practice-s credentials and offers career growth for consultants
Execute a strategy that differentiates CLIENT offerings from those of competitors, yet remains flexible enough to allow engagements to be fulfilled by multiple service providers when necessary


Education and Training
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
MBA and/or CPA equivalent experience preferred
ERP, Tax/Tax Technology or Tax Professional Certifications and/ or Credentials recommended Specialized Activities
Mentor consulting services staff to engage with customers in a way that builds credibility and increases services opportunity on current work proposals and/or future engagements
Collaborate with the CRD Sales teams to assist in the identification and proposal development of potential consulting engagements
Identify new areas of opportunity for standard services arrangements, including new product opportunities and / or requirements
Foster relationships with ERP vendors and other consulting partners to build network of consulting resources
Provide the ability to align permanent, as well as temporary staff (including 3rd party sub-contractors) to meet a client opportunity
Facilitate the scheduling of the engagements by determining which consultants should be deployed taking into consideration the consultants- availability, and the client-s technical/functional requirements
Provide final approval on client-s Statement of Work (SOW) to make sure requirements and deliverables are clearly defined to ensure overall satisfaction
Ensure that all engagements are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client, including coordination of billings and issuant of final project summary from Project Managers
Manage personnel activities around hiring of new consultants; creating job descriptions and title positions for analysts and consultants; coordinate training for new staff members seeking to become implementation consultants.
Provide monthly status reports on practice performance metrics to Practice Director.
Administer annual Individual Contribution Rating (ICR) performance reviews for all consultants and analysts
Seek to optimize processes, roles, and organizational structure in order to help the Practice achieve its targeted objectives

Experience/Skills
Minimum Experience

This individual must have a minimum of 10 or more years of enterprise software application experience with at least 5 years of management responsibility in a consulting services/technology role.
This individual preferably has in-depth tax application experience working with ERP (SAP) and CLIENT products.
