SAP Practice Manager

Our client's DoD Practice in Washington D.C. has opportunities for you to become part of their leadership team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in information systems development, ERP implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing. Candidates selected must be US Citizens.

We are currently looking for a SAP Practice Manager to interface with the CIO and Program Management Office on multiple SAP implementations, to include future strategies.

Requirements:
? A proven track record in managing and successfully delivering business information programs or complex IT-enabled projects, including proven capability in the process, change, and components of an IT project
? Experience in successfully managing and delivery of complex projects resulting in on-time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction solutions
? Strong PM skills and processes, including risk management
? The ability to work at both the macro and micro level when managing scope of work
? Strong stakeholder management skills
? Strong capability in communication and business interaction, including ability to leverage knowledge from other engagements
? Experience managing project budgets between 500K to multiple millions
? The ability to provide support to project team and client at the client's site
? Initiative and proactively seek technical/business improvement opportunity

Qualifications:
? 8+ years of professional ERP implementation experience, preferably in the Federal sector
? In depth knowledge of SAP Logistics and Financials
? Strong team leadership experience
? Able to collaborate with clients and offer solutions for business problems
? Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
? Undergraduate degree required; Advanced degree preferred
