As the Associate Director, SAP Procurement Solution Delivery, you will manage the SAP Center of Excellence Procurement Team which includes approximately 3-4 FTEs, additional consultants/contractors, and an evolving offshore support organization. You will serve as a technical product expert for the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules as they pertain to direct and indirect procurement. This includes staying abreast of current technology trends and partnering with your business clients to incorporate new solutions into Wyeth's global SAP model as appropriate. You will support Wyeth's SAP Global Deployments by working with country deployment teams in Europe and Procurement business users to develop innovative solutions to meet evolving business requirements. You will also partner with the business and provide input into business transformation activities occurring within the Procurement organization to facilitate transaction processing in a BPO environment.

This position requires a BS/MS and 12 years experience or a Ph.D. and 6-7 years experience and 6-7 years management experience managing large or complex teams in a matrix environment with direct accountability for budgets and deadlines of unit. Must also have demonstrated experience implementing/supporting the SAP SRM and MM modules.
