CDI is currenlty looking for a SAP Program Analyst.


Software Applications consists of jobs that develop, design, analyze, document, implement, integrate, and maintain computer applications.


Job Description:

Suppots Development Lead.

Provides consulting to project teams to ensure quality and completeness of the functional specifications written by project teams.

Assists in the designing & documenting of technical solutions to meet functional requirements.

Write complex technical specifications & delegating others.
Work with developers to ensure development objects meet or exceed quality standards and comply with SAP & industry standards. (Design reviews, QA reviews, etc.)

Work with onsite & offsite developers to ensure that development objects satisfy the documented ODLC functional requirements.

Participate in design reviews.

Manage Transport Requests and Technical Change Management (in the development environment only) up to successful unit test.

Oversee quality of development objects.
Enforce adherence to development standards & best practices.

Provide input to the cutover of technical objects in the QA and production systems.

Provide technical troubleshooting & problem resolution
Provide technical consultation to projects.


Technical Qualifications:

Solid proficiency SAP Cross Applications technical suite (XI, Netweaver, ALE, IDOCs, RFC, BAPIs,and middleware toolsets)

Strong background for designing and implementing Interface and Conversion Objects between SAP and non SAP applications.

Hands on experience and technical proficiency in User Exits (Field Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exits, Screen Exits, Conversion Exits, Badis)

Created and customized various Layout sets, Print programs and Output types for printing of SAP script documents and labels.

Worked with Smart forms tool for the creation of forms. Migration from Sap scripts to Smart Forms.

Well versed in analysis the performance and efficiency of programs and codes using the SAP tools SQL Trace & Runtime Analysis for Performance tuning.

Technical proficiency in use of OSS Notes.


Communication/Leadership Qualifications:

Solid proficiency in oral, written, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated SAP Technical Leadership overseeing: SAP Object Development Lifecycle approach and methodology; review/approvals of objects through the lifecycle; knowledge transfer at the group level.

Participated through at least two (2) SAP Implementations from Blueprint through Go Live.

Proficient with SAP Solution Manager functionality.
write complex detailed specifications.
Evaluate remotely developed code vs specifications.

Evaluate based on test cases supplied in the functional and technical specifications.

US Citizen or valid US Green Card.
