Description
SAP Program Manager Responsbilities:

Liaison with stakeholders to understand business challenges, frame project objectives and scope.
Coordination with various internal and external groups
Management of relationships with users, sponsors, and technical staff.
Coordination and management of employees, consultants, and teams. Develop work plans, manage deadlines, budget, risks and coordination of project team and sub-team activities. Engage team members and resources as required, in a matrix environment.
Concurrent management of multiple projects
Proactively identify, address and escalate project issues and risks
Ensure all required knowledge transfer from supplier project teams to internal personnel, as required.
Ensure that technical activities are completed on-time and on-budget:
Evaluate infrastructure requirements and sizing to support the global installation of SAP
Determine appropriate interfaces for on-line and batch requirements
Manage developers for custom objects
Manage development and delivery of interfaces
Architect the SAP application, including sizing and processing requirements
Key Project Technical Goals

Global delivery model, including batch, on-line, real time interfaces
Integration of all Business Units onto one common GL application
Common data model for all business units
Consistent reliable, technology to manage all financial and managerial accounting functions of the organization, including reporting
Establish a model for mergers and acquisitions to quickly integrate new business units into our company


Qualifications:

5+ years practicing project management experience as it applies to coordination and control of resources and multiple projects.
At least 3 years experience in SAP Project Management
Technical and business knowledge of SAP
Experience building and maintaining relationships across all areas.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, and vice versa.
Readiness to travel up to 25%
Ideal but not required: technical experience in SAP FI, CO, BWdf-tc
