Position Overview:

Our client is a Billion dollar plus global corporation with over 36,000 employees. Working with large global corporations and new generation technology companies, they pioneer not only building new products and services but also help implement prudent business and technology strategies in today's dynamic digital environment.

This position is for an experienced Project Manager to lead and take the bottom-line for a complete SAP program. We would envision this person contributing effectively in managing the Project.

Attributes:

? Strong Product expertise in SAP including the new dimension areas (FICO, BW, Basis, MM etc.,).
? Experienced in at least 5 projects involving technical work on SAP (with full time involvement in analysis, designing, coding and testing)
? Experience in at least 2 projects involving complete ownership/bottom-line for delivery of the project to the client

Requirements:

? Knowledge of relevant Project management processes.
? Knowledge of methodologies for implementation, upgrade, development or support.
? Manage Project costs, schedules and defects to achieve overall compliance with quality standards (such as CMM).
? Assess Project Risk and mitigate.
? Broad knowledge of multiple technologies with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
? Experience in Requirements change management.
? Ability to define scope and system boundaries.
? Knowledge and experience with estimation tools, methods (function points), methodology.
? Proposal preparation, review and presentation.
? Plan ahead and pro-actively.
? Display flexibility, preparedness and speed of response in dealing with ambiguous situations.

? Ability to conduct project reviews and audits.
? Awareness of technology developments.
? Ability to do product evaluation and comparisons.

Required Qualifications for a Project Manager:

? A bachelors degree in Systems/ Computer Engineering.
? Masters degree preferred.
? Should have obtained formal training on all development tools and the functionality relevant to the package.df-tc
