Outstanding opportunity for a Functional SAP, QM Consultant. A highly visible implementation.

Role Summary:

1. Spend 1-2 Months before the start of the implementation to identify the full scope of all scenarios that involve your team and how those scenarios integrate with other SD teams; Understand master data involved, the number of plants, company codes, sales areas, etc; Transfer initial knowledge gained back to Solution Delivery before Affiliate Assessment and Model Office
2. Act as the liaison between the Solution Delivery Team and the Affiliate Implementation Team although reporting structure is to an SD Team Lead
3. Document all current state processes based on the requirements gathered in Visio/ Powerpoint
4. Train the Affiliate Implementation team on SAP
5. KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER of all requirements to the designated individuals within the SD teams based on skill set and responsibility
6. Schedule and Coordinate all Affiliate Assessment and Model Office Sessions for SD team assigned understanding integration with other teams and shared resources
7. Assign a person in each AA and MO session to create issues in Tracker
8. Daily following up with assigned individuals in Indy on tracker issues and configuration required as well as Status
9. If possible, appoint a person in AA and MO to be responsible for generating a rough draft of test scripts as well as master data/exception steps that could be incorporated
10. For all interface functional specs identified in AA sessions, deliver the functional spec questionnaire to the responsible IT party, assign a due date, and obtain a copy of the file they receive or send today
11. Identify scope for the site: understand what requirements are 4 (Legal), 3 (Operational Necessity), 2 (Business Critical), and 1 (Nice to Have) and push back accordingly
12. Identify all reports used by the business today and work with reporting contact in Solution Delivery to classify them into 4 (Legal), 3 (Operational Necessity), 2 (Business Critical), and 1 (Nice to Have)
13. Document all Future State processes (based on knowledge to date) to demonstrate flow at Model Office
14. Participate in Data Mapping - Understand the rules of the Data team and coordinate the scrubbing effort required in the legacy system
15. Aid in developing the Functional Spec Gap List to be owned by the SD Team Lead
16. Aid the security team in Job to Role Group Mapping Sessions
17. Retrain the affiliate team and other users participating in testing before IIT begins on SAP, navigation, basic processes and reports (3-5 days)
18. Collect test data, along with Analysts, to be incorporated into Data Sheets for testing periods
19. Work with Test coordinator to ensure test scripts are in Test Director appropriately and Data Sheets are completed
20. Ensure all interfaces have a routdf-tc
