Jason Roberts,a leading provider of SAP Consulting services has an immediate, full-time permanent Consultant level opportunity for Account Managers and Recruiters.
Jason Robertss core business is dedicated to the design and delivery of SAP Consulting solutions. The success of our business is largely dependent upon the skills and caliber of our people. As a Jason Roberts Recruitment Consultant you will be the client Liaison at the Tactical level and be accountable for Requisition Management, Submittal of pre-screened and pre-qualified candidates to the client Hiring Managers, Requisition closure, daily oversight of key account services to the SAP delivery team members at the Sr. Associate and Associate levels, with key Hiring Manager relationships to deliver the highest caliber results to our clients.
These positions are based in-house at Jason Roberts offices in the Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities:

Recruiting:
Working with the Sourcing team to determine avenues to source best in class talent.
Screening and interviewing potential candidates, submitted by the Sourcing team, over phone and/or in person.
Data tracking using our internal candidate database.
Leveraging Social Networking groups, local User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent.
Maintaining a relationship employees and candidates for the purpose of networking and attracting referrals.
Providing the sales team with leads based on information gathered during interview process.
Recruiting Management:
Building engagement strategy, lead and direct service delivery team(s) focused on the recruitment of Senior SAP Consultants.
Working closely with client hiring managers for designated account(s) to ensure compliance with defined processes.
Working with Sr. Associates (Recruiters) to ensure requisitions deliverables are met as specified.
Ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers are treated in a professional manner and that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairness.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Full life cycle SAP or ERP Recruiting experience.
Experience working in a consultative role.
Experience dealing with Hiring Managers directly.
Experience in communicating client requirements to the team to source best in class talent.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a degree in Business Administration, Psychology preferred. SAP Certifications or experience a plus.
