Ajilon Consulting is working with our Wickliffe, Ohio client to identify a Risk/Control Manager for a Global SAP Implementation for a 1+ year contract position. Prior experience in an SAP Controls Manager position is a MUST have skill.

Experience/Skills
The Cutover Risk & Controls Manager will apply project management skills, and operations knowledge to identify and deliver decision making information within the Cutover team. This involves preparation of progress reports and trend analysis using subject matter experts to identify problem solutions and recommendations.

The Cutover Risk & Controls Manager provides the comprehensive framework for managing and controlling the technical, cost, schedule and risks inherent in complex projects. This will ensure that the cutover budget and resources are clearly identified and tracked to avoid cost overruns and project delays.

The Cutover Risk & Controls Manager will ensure that the 3rd party contracts are properly administered and all change control procedures are properly managed.

A Cutover Risk & Controls Manager, will be expected to possess the following qualities and experiences.

. Project Risk Management - Possess the ability to identify, qualify, and provide mitigation strategies for risks encountered on large complex projects to ensure the project achieves the goal of a quality deliverables - on-time and within budget.

. Finance / Commercial - Possess the ability to quickly understand the financial / commercial aspects of a problem / risk and communicate it through a Financial Model and Structure. Possess knowledge of sound cost and schedule processes and procedures.

. Contract Administration and Negotiations -Possess the ability to analyze internal and 3rd party agreements and commercial conditions in order to negotiate to a Win/Win solution.

. Technical - Possess the ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of the project to the entire team.

. Personal - Possess strong leadership skills that promote team building. Be highly motivated and flexible to adapt easily as a result of changing situations. Ability to clearly communicate 360 degrees is paramount. As this position involves working closely within your team throughout the phases, travel will be required.
