Description
Major Job Responsibilities: Work within the support team and with the user community to resolve incidents, identify problems leading to root cause analysis and generally and maintain functionality for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (SCM) modules. Primary focus is on MM/PP and WM SAP modules. Good communicator with the ability to train facility personnel on related system-based procedures. Maintain BPP content when changes to the system occur. Facilitate the consistent application of system-related procedures across facilities. Responsible for providing solutions to improve SAP application to business processes. The candidate must have configured through a Full Life Cycle Implementation in both PP and MM. Ensure Demand Planning procedures are accurately imported from all relevant locations/sources.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years SAP experience in configuration of MM/PP module in SAP 4.5 or greater; combination 2-3 years material management/logistics and production operations.
Proficient in analyzing configuration issues and supplying the business with solutions to operational issues.
Requires knowledge of the integration of MM/PP module with FI/OF/QM SAP modules.
Familiarity with WM as it applies to Distribution Center operations and Plant warehouse facilities.
End user training experience is required.
This individual must have experience in a regulated environment, particularly FDA, and preferably with knowledge of Quality Systems.

Experience: Preferred:
Experience in IM/WM/PP/MM. 3+ years SAP experience in a multi-plant environment.
Proficient in analyzing data to supply the business with operations solutions.
Experience in vendor evaluations configuration; the integration of release strategies configuration, vendor master, information records with all SAP modules.
Experience required in using Scheduling Agreements and Delivery Schedules.
Extensive experience in message output conditions, partner functions and pricing schema configuration.
Sound knowledge of best practice processes in MM/PP.
Proficient in analyzing data supplying the business with solutions to operations and planning.
Experience in SAP ECN configuration.
Experience in BOM, Work Center and Routings configuration.
Sound knowledge of best practice in demand planning processes.

Education Preferred: BS in Operations Management or IT
