ROLE OF SALES EXECUTIVE – SAP All-in-One Application Suite:
Sales Executive – SAP All-in-One Application Suite reporting to the National Practice Leader and Sales Manager. This new position is open due to the rapid growth of the Performance Improvement practice. The purpose is to broaden the critical mass of the practice in each region, to meet client requirements within both the regional and national practice.
The Sap All-In-One Sales Executive position requires a customer-centric and strategic approach to key relationship management and in selling the SAP All-in-One Wholesale Distribution software solution. Scope of the position includes identifying and pursuit of opportunities, staying current with the product suite, and utilization and support of firm-wide systems and processes. This position is responsible for ensuring an active pipeline and successful conversion of opportunities into engagements. You will manage the sales pipeline, provide leadership during the sales process, take ownership of the proposal process, maintain critical market relationships and represent the company’s Performance Improvement services arm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Your success demands focus, commitment and excellence in three critical areas: business development, client relationships and sales leadership. Underscoring your capability in these areas is a proactive and positive approach to selling and fostering change.

- Your knowledge of software solution sales combined with astute business insight within the Wholesale Distribution arena will enable you to quickly understand a client's business needs and objectives and determine the services, solutions and approach to meet and exceed their expectations.

- Your excellent relationships in the business community, established professional reputation and network, and demonstrated ability to generate and build business will be indicative of your talent for introducing clients to and leveraging a full suite of consulting services.

- You are able to take end-to-end ownership of a multi line (multiple SAP modules) business proposal, assisting in preparing proof-of-concepts/demos.

- You are comfortable delivering critical client presentation and demonstration sessions, building confidence in the client.

- You can coach others around key differentiation messages.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of substantial ERP software solution sales technology experience with a professional consulting services and/or integration firm; SAP experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop business in the local marketplace.
- Prior experience in marketing IT consulting services to large organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects at multiple levels.
- Ability to stay current with and develop the firm's intellectual capital.
- Open, inquisitive, resilient, proactive personality, combined with professional presence, influencing and communication skills strongly preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Superb client management skills
Other Qualifications (helpful but not required):
- Significant experience within the Wholesale Distribution industry
- Experience in SAP ERP and All-in-One solutions
- Additional module knowledge of SD, MM, PP, WM, FI, CO, CRM
- Experience selling to Small and Medium sized businesses
