Description
SAP Designer in Jacksonville, Florida:

Design and implement security roles SAP implementation meeting project objectives for removing excessive access and simplifying compliance efforts.

Analyze current set of transactions, objects and object values available to users through current security model. Review, understand and propose actions to restrict excessive access to critical transactions in roles based on auditor reports and security best practices. Co-ordinate with compliance leads and business leads to agree on design principles resulting from regulatory drivers e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, European data privacy. Manage workshops with business leads to validate user jobs by function / region and agree and document business requirements for transaction access. Manage workshops with business leads to collect functional requirements for enabling /restricting scope of access and to translate these into object and object values to be built into roles (e.g. GL Account ranges).

Work with compliance leads to identify compensating controls where risk cannot be mitigated. Develop functional role specifications to hand off to the role developers with continued interaction to resolve issues through build and test. Review results of unit testing and ensure proper execution of peer review of role build.
