BearingPoint's Cross Industry Solutions Group is currently searching for a SAP Technical Leads and Managers.


Position Profile:

Responsible for the technical management and direction of large-scale, complex SAP projects

Function as a highly skilled individual contributor.

May assume an geographic leadership role for SAP technology

Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams, team member development periodic reviews

Key Duties:

Overall management of the technical aspects of SAP implementation projects

-BASIS Administration
-ABAP Development (Report, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms)
- Client interaction: Development of technical infrastructure, support, development interface and conversion strategies
- Definition of all relevant aspects of operating and technical system architecture
-Manage and mitigate technical project risk
-Provide the technical day-to-day project direction, including detecting and alleviating -Participate in support of the go-live operations including management to the cut-over plan
-Provide direction on development standards, conversion and data quality
-Work closely with legacy system experts to develop appropriate solutions for interfaces and conversions
-Manage, direct and mentor technical team
*Recommend training program for project technical team
-Serve as technical POC in development and execution of overall project plan

Work Experience
-Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technical SAP consultation and/or SAP professional services
-Minimum 2 years of SAP project management experience from a technical development perspective
-Minimum of 3 end to end SAP implementations

Candidates must be able to accommodate a Monday through Friday travel scheduledf-tc
