Description
Required Skills/Experience:

The position will be responsible for the following:

Project plan development of Workflow with integration back into the larger HCM implementation
Training and mentoring staff on SAP Workflow
Gathering and documenting Workflow requirements
Obtaining requirements sign off for Workflow requirements
Configuring and programming the SAP Workflow solution as required
Defining and documenting any reporting requirements
Coordinating any integration back with SAP relative to additional expertise and/or requirements for the implementation
Providing weekly status reports
Task management of staff attached to the project
Unit test execution
Walk-through scheduling and execution with Training Operations FPL's and QA
Integration between Workflow and all other SAP products being implemented
Define processes to change existing Workflows and implement
Define processes to create and generate new Workflow requirements and implement
Define and document custom workflow requirements and implement
Define and document CRM, SRM, and ICM workflow requirements and implement
Other duties as assigned
