Description
We are in need of SAP Senior XI Team members and leads. Positions are Nationwide and will require travel.

. The exchange Infrastructure (XI) component of NetWeaver is a critical integration tool for SAP components and will be an integral part of all SAP engagements going forward
. The primary role of the SAP XI Senior team is to support medium to large engagement teams by providing expertise in the development and configuration of SAP XI solutions, working closely with clients and demonstrating the individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
. Also Identifies develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.
. Candidates will be immediately deployed on a challenging client engagement and will have growth opportunities not just in the XI area, but in other SAP solutions as well.
. The technical requirements of XI are transferable from other technical capabilities which are not necessarily SAP and consultants will expand their technical and management expertise in working with our teams.

Requirements:
. Able to travel extensively, up to 100%.
. All candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the XI architecture and/or other EAI/B2B architectures as well as general XML knowledge.
. They should also have experience or knowledge of XI functionality - its capabilities, possibilities and tie ins to the business value of the solution.
. Experience in XI architecture and technical structure of NetWeaver.
. Must have led at least one SAP implementation project in the XI area and should have requisite certifications from SAP
. If necessary, could have deep experience in non-SAP portal technical areas and projects.
. As a team lead, able to plan and direct the work of others
. Preferably have created the detail project work plan for his/her team
. Able to define creative solutions and lead teams through project challenges.
. Identify and leverage add-on sales opportunities at a client site, whether they are for additional SAP work, or other services offered by our teams and clients.
. Expected to be able to discuss opportunities with project management and participate in any sales activities in relation to the opportunities. Specific industry experience is not key in this role; but Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing, Consumer Products are a plus.
