Description
Develop solutions through process changes and/or configuration changes to meet ongoing end user requirements. Implement configuration changes as required. Prepare specifications for approved changes to be performed by SAP IT Support.Work with other SAP support functional team members to coordinate integration points between SAP modules to ensure overall process coordination. Ensure interface data integrity. Work with ABAP team as required.Provide day-to-day phone/on-site support and support the help desk. Provide timely and accurate support to the functional business areas.Maintain and update documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials, training materials. Provide on-going end user training and end user support as required.Change request/transport review and approval.Service Pack review and test for all clients, OSS support.Investigate the use of available SAP functionality not currently being utilized.Security access definition, review, test and approval.Perform SAP configuration.Responsibilities will be focused on providing SAP functional support for Device Management. Specifically, the candidate will provide configuration support for the integration between SAP CCS and a mobile field service system.
