Skill Set
-Experience in implementation, administration and documentation of the Structural Authorization concept
-Experience in implementation, administration and documentation of Position Based security management concept
-Technical and functional expertise regarding authorization concepts and technologies
-Knowledge of ; HR infotypes, transactions, etc.
-General SAP basis knowledge, setting system parameters for security/authorization enhancement
-General knowledge of the ABAP programming language
-Knowledge and experience with authority check statements in customized ABAP programs
-Experience with portal security and leveraging the portal for SSO (single sign on) in a heterogeneous back-end system landscape.
-Experience with General Sarbanes/Oxley knowledge required, firm
understanding of system internal controls and segregation of duty
principles.
-Ability to communicate effectively with user community and willingness to learn their key business process.
-Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.
-General business understanding in one or more functional areas, as well as an understanding of the organization's industry.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
