Description
Genesis10 is seeking SAS BASE Developers/ETL Developers with SAS DI for a major client in Minneapolis, MN on a 6 - 9 month contract basis. There are two sets of requrements listed below.

Responsibilities
- Writing SAS programs.
- Managing internally developed SAS applications.
- Contributing to development and maintenance of SAS BI architecture and deployment.
- Developing and designing SAS algorithms for solving business problems.
- Gathering requirements from business users and technical groups.
- Ensuring deliverables meet project timelines.
- Performing applications development and maintenance.
- Collaborating with business analysts, Data Architects and other key internal personnel on a wide scope of project development functions.df-tc

Experience/Skills
SAS Required Experience/Skills:
- 3 years SAS programming experience.
- 3 years SAS Macro Language experience.
- 3 years experience with transactional databases.

SAS Preferred Experience/Skills:
- SAS Business Intelligence Platform.
- SAS Stored Processes.
- SAS Data Integration Studio.
- Information Map Studio.
- Web Report Studio.
- Unix.
- SAS Meta Data.

ETL/SAS DI Required Experience/Skills:
- Strong ETL experience (SAS DI a plus but may consider Informatica and related).
- PL/SQL, SQL, and SQL tuning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with transactional databases.

ETL/SAS DI Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Oracle or other data warehouse experience.
- SAS Data Integration Studio.
- SAS Information Map Studio.
- Unix.
- Proven leadership ability a plus.
