DESCRIPTION
The Developer will be responsible for overall ETL requirements, ETL design, and development/testing of ETL programs using Base SAS programming language.

Responsibilities will include:
- Write SQL to extract data from SQL*Server database to SAS datasets through SAS PROC SQL commands
- Create metadata
- Work with the data provider(s) on data formats, timeliness, and updates
- Assist in the data analysis and business requirements process
- Assist in data modeling/logical modeling processes and physical design assessment
- Work with System/Application Architect to tune data model, determine appropriate disk configuration, partitioning and indexing strategies, etc.
- Work with Citizens and external partner IT staff as needed
- Participate in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Test activities
