Description
Genesis10 is San Francisco is seeking an experienced Programming Analysis Lead for a 4 month contract position in the Oakland, CA area. This project is scheduled to begin ASAP.

**Note...W2 only; no 3rd parties..US Citizens/Green Card Holders only..
**Candidates within commuting distance are STRONGLY preferred.

Under general supervision, this position exists to assist the organization in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, and internally managing and reporting data.
Serves as technical advisor/coach to staff on system issues.
This position takes an active leadership role as both as a consultant and as a high-level programmer.
1.Five or more years programming required. Experience with SQL. SAS experience preferred.
2.Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of large databases required.
3.Typically five or more years of related analytical consulting experience, healthcare experience preferred.
Broad familiarity with medical practices, especially population management and process and outcomes measurement.
Project management experience strongly preferred.df-tc
