Description
The incumbent will collaborate with statistical team leader and team programmers to produce quality analyses and reports related to those analyses for statistical aspects of clinical trials. He/she will also perform some SAS programming for statistical analyses. Solid knowledge of statistical methodology, experimental design, and strong interest in computer applications for data management are required. Knowledge of SAS is required, as well as competence with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Some exposure to basic sciences and/or medical subjects is desirable, along with a high interest in medical research; and effective oral and written communication skill. The incumbent must be able to work effectively in both an independent and team environment; must be able to multitask; and must possess effective time management skills. An MS in Statistics or a closely related discipline (e.g., biostatistics, biometry) with relevant job experience is required; an a advanced degree is preferred.
