Full responsibility for the leadership of a business units(s).

Responsible for up to 170 staffbased in the US, India, Malaysia and Mexico supporting the business unit

The position covers provision of full infrastructure outsourcing that covers Network, Mainframe, Mid-range, Project Management Office, Security, Solutions Architecture. Primary delivery of services is in domestic US, but there is a datacenter in Malaysia and business is poised for expansion into Europe.

Reporting into the Regional Vice President of Retail Enterprise Accounts working as part of the leadership team for a $200mm portfolio.

Experience in working at the client CTO, CIO level ofFortune 100 companies.

Manages the client relationship ensuring growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Has profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit.

Will utilize leadership skills more than technical skills.

This leadership position requires excellent communication and management skills with extensive experience in managing the operations of a business.

This position will require travel and/or relocation. Please do not apply if you are not available for travel. Relocation could be anywhere in the US.


SKILL SETS REQUESTED:

5 – 10 years experience in managing a full scope Outsourcing relationship.
Outstanding Client Relationship skills
Proven track record of business and relationship development
Excellent people management skills
Strategic thinker
