-Expert on Installing and Configuring SCOM SP1
-Expert on Installing and Configuring SCOM Management Packs
-Expert on Tuning and Troubleshooting SCOM SP1
-Familiar with HP and Dell Management Packs
-Familiar with Creating Custom Management Pack for SCOM
-Familiar with SQL 2005 Tuning
-Familiar with Windows Server monitoring
-Familiar with Exchange 2003/2007 monitoring
-Familiar with SCOM Reporting
-Good Communications Skills
