Description
We are seeking strong Sales and Distribution Consultant for a long-term (12+ months) SAP and data warehouse project, with a major consumer packaged goods company. This position provides an excellent opportunity to broaden and further develop your business and/or IT career. The ideal candidates will have:

. 5+ years of functional experience
. 3+ years of hands on configuration and support
. 3+ full life cycle implementation experiences
. Strong business knowledge of the Sales process areas
. Ability to build strong credibility within and outside the process community in respective subject matter
. Ability to contribute to thought leadership
. Ability to adapt his/her own Subject Matter perspectives surrounding core data definitions/rules to ERP-centric concepts and terminology
. Knowledge of the R/3 system (especially data structures and information systems)
. Strong knowledge of SAP table structures, module interdependencies and legacy system interfaces.
. Strong technical understanding of data modeling, design and architecture principles and techniques across master data, transaction data and derived/analytic data (e.g., KPI's).
. Documentation experience according to best practices
. Ability to lead/drive teams to consensus on complex issues (business and technical), by defining potential solutions and prioritizing the options
. Ability to work with business analysts and users to write functional and technical specifications and requirements documents
. Works with management and end users to effect change
. Good interpersonal skills
. Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
. Facilitate knowledge transfer to other members of team
. Strong analytical, communication, organizational and diagnostic skills
. CRM a plus
. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience a plus
