THE POSITION:
DTN is seeking a Software Developer to serve as a contributing member of our team-focused development group. The chosen candidate will use various tools and methods in the development process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or Math
. 4+ years solid experience developing in the following languages/toolsets:
o C/C++
o ATL/WTL/COM
o SQL
o XML
o .Net
. Knowledge of financial markets a plus
. Proven experience in Windows GUI design and implementation
. Must be comfortable working in a team environment, specifically with a team of software engineers
. Familiar with analyzing product requirements and designing solutions accordingly
. Experience creating prototype applications and demonstrating them in order to help validate design ideas
. Ability to work independently to achieve design and delivery goals is a must
. Flexible, self-directed, team participating individuals only
. Desire to stay ahead of trends in technology
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
